Guidance for Supporting Furloughed Staff, Long-Term Leavers & Returners

At the time of writing this report, more than 70% of private firms in the UK have furloughed staff owing to the ongoing lockdown imposed by the government as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The minimum furlough period was 3 weeks but as the lockdown continued, the psychological impact, and therefore the support needed to return to the workplace increased.
