Sarah specialises in coaching midlife women in senior public sector roles who are navigating burnout, career transitions, and the challenge of leading effectively while maintaining their wellbeing. With a professional background in public health and over 30 years of experience across the NHS, local government, and central government, she understands the unique pressures her clients face.
Sarah's coaching is creative, person-centered, and outcomes-driven. Drawing on her background as a therapist, she creates a purposeful, non-directive space where clients discover their own answers. She believes people already have the wisdom they need, her role is to help them unlock it through tailored questioning, creative techniques, and deep listening.
As an accredited burnout coach who is AuDHD herself (late diagnosed in her 50s), Sarah brings both professional expertise and lived experience to supporting neurodivergent professionals and those facing burnout.
Sarah has been running her consultancy since 2014, initially delivering strategic projects in population health, policy development, and change management. After retraining with Barefoot Coaching in 2019, she shifted her focus to coaching and leadership development.

-
One-to-one coaching for senior NHS, local government, and charity sector leaders
