Pack of 20 Limiting Belief Notecards.


These notecards nourish confidence coaching conversations at another level. They work as a personal development tool for one-to-one and team workshops.


1) Work with your client to identify their limiting beliefs.

2) Question them for evidence and understanding.

3) Identify one belief which is the most unstable and unsubstantiated.

4) Facilitate your client to visualise themselves without this belief holding them back, what will they achieve in 12 months? How will they feel? Etc.

5) Facilitate action planning for banishing this belief through incisive questioning. 

6) Ask them to write  out a Limiting Belief Notecard outlining their vision and plans. 

7) Send this notecard back to them in 12 months.
