Mary-Jo is an executive coach who helps senior leaders build deep self-awareness and confidence, overcome imposter syndrome, strengthen their influence in complex organisations, and take strategic ownership of their careers
She brings more than twenty-five years of leadership experience across organisations including GE, Santander, Nokia and Visa, where she reported into the C-suite and led global strategic initiatives and commercial growth programmes. Having operated across Sales, Strategy, Product Commercialisation and Risk, she understands first-hand the pressures faced by leaders responsible for revenue, regulatory scrutiny and high-performing teams.
Mary-Jo regularly provides executive leadership coaching to senior leaders and high-potential talent within organisations including Microsoft, Unilever, HSBC, MasterCard, N26 and the World Economic Forum.
As a mother to four children, Mary-Jo is passionate about supporting ambitious and working parents stay connected to their career identities, thrive at work and balance competing pressures.
Alongside Executive Coaching, Mary-Jo also serves as a Board Advisor to several Fintechs.
