Lisa's career is marked by her success in navigating the challenges of high-pressure leadership roles, culminating in her certification as a PGC and PCC ICF-accredited coaching professional. Her tenure as the UK Managing Director for Gruner & Jahr UK, a Bertlesmann company, stands out as her last corporate position. Before that, she held influential roles at H. Bauer, BBC Worldwide, and Dennis Publishing. In 2017, Lisa founded Carver Coaching, which has grown to include a team of six associate coaches. The company has gained recognition in various media outlets, including HR News, Employer News, Surrey Life, CIPD Webinars, and the HR Uprising podcasts.
