Rebecca Khanna achieved full qualification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation following her successful training in 2020 with the renowned Barefoot Coaching.

As a coach, Rebecca is particularly interested in the narratives we tell ourselves and those imposed upon us, which influence our personal and professional potential. She primarily works with individuals at a crossroads in their professional careers, helping them redefine their direction. Many of her clients focus on enhancing their gravitas and credibility as leaders, while others are beginning freelance careers and developing a portfolio of roles. Rebecca's professional development has deepened her expertise in narrative coaching, Time to Think, somatic, systemic, and executive coaching approaches. She is also a certified StrengthScope practitioner.

Rebecca brings over three decades of professional expertise as an educationalist and healthcare professional leader, working across the health and higher education sectors in the UK and internationally. She has held senior leadership roles, including Associate Dean at a large UK university, professional lead of a substantial academic department, district therapist, and General Manager in the NHS.

Her interests have led to contributions across several national projects with Health Education England, the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, NHS England, and Advance HE. By background, Rebecca is an Occupational Therapist with clinical practice in mental health, neurology, and children and young people services.

In 2019, Rebecca stepped away from executive life and founded a coaching, consultancy, and specialist mentoring practice, Shared Wisdom Limited. She maintains her credibility through a portfolio of independent director roles within the statutory and charitable sectors, including as an NHS non-executive director. In the charitable sector, she serves as a Director/Trustee with The Makaton Charity and the Elizabeth Casson Trust. Additionally, she works as a Lay Inspector/Partner Visitor for two national regulatory bodies: Social Work England and the Health and Care Professions Council.
