After 21 years in HR, working for several large corporations including BAE Systems, BP, Centrica, and Syngenta in UK and EMEA roles, Tracy Millett consolidated her extensive coaching training and practice by enrolling in the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) at Henley Business School, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As an ICF member and Henley Alumna, she has access to a robust coaching network and continued professional development opportunities.

Tracy is a Leadership and Career Transition coach and offers HR Consultancy, advising on managing people risks and developing effective People Strategies. She is passionate about Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, with a particular focus on Wellbeing and Mental Health.

While she supports clients in various areas, her HR background has led her to specialize in coaching on Leadership challenges and career transitions. This includes navigating difficult leadership decisions and dilemmas, transitioning to line management, adjusting to leading other managers, career changes, facing redundancy, returning to work post-maternity, and overcoming feelings of being 'stuck.' Tracy offers coaching programs for long-term development or ad-hoc sessions for immediate needs.

Tracy's coaching approach is based on the integrated coaching method, which allows her to tailor her style and techniques to suit the individual and their situation. She believes that clients bring the agenda and solutions, and her role is to create the space and time for these solutions to surface. She helps clients think deeply and develop meaningful insights.

Tracy has extensive experience supporting feedback sessions for psychometric profiling tools such as DiSC, Insights, and Facet-5, as well as in-house 360-degree feedback tools. She integrates these tools into her coaching to enhance self-awareness, understand strengths, and identify development areas.

Tracy coaches face-to-face (location dependent), via video call, or through a hybrid approach. She works with organisations of any size or sector, bringing a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and politics in larger companies and appreciating the unique challenges of smaller enterprises with close working relationships.
