Katy is an Executive Coach with an exemplary 40-year career in healthcare organisations. Her extensive experience encompasses clinical, managerial, and commercial roles in medical companies and hospital settings, both in the UK and internationally.

A qualified nurse, Katy also holds a degree in Economics & Management Science and has 21 years of experience as a Chartered Marketer. She achieved significant success in commercial roles at Bristol Myers Squibb and played a pivotal role in revitalising Salts Healthcare, a 400-year-old family healthcare business.

Following this, she led high-profile projects with the Learning and Skills Council, Advantage West Midlands, and Barclays Bank before establishing Marketing Medicine. For over 20 years, this business facilitated effective collaboration and communication with the NHS and other healthcare organizations globally. 

Katy maintains her nursing registration, which she finds invaluable for understanding clinical perspectives. She has a unique passion for supporting innovative organizations and has made several angel investments in healthcare startups. Her expertise lies in helping individuals and teams think creatively to overcome challenges.

Recently, with her family now at university, Katy has embarked on a personal change of direction and is training to become an ICF Accredited Coach with Barefoot Coaching. She is also a qualified Hill and Moorland Leader, offering outdoor coaching sessions, and a certified Mental Health First Aider, leading mental health walks for Mind over Mountains.
